The tenancy.co.nz team are hitting the road once again to deliver you the latest training for the Residential Tenancies Act Amendments 2024 that were introduced in December 2024.

Chris comes from a journalism background and over the past five years has worked with Scotney Williams (founder of tenancy.co.nz) to produce hundreds of tenancy related videos and resources.
Chris has a very strong knowledge of both Residential Tenancies Act 1986 and Healthy Homes compliance and has consulted clients on hundreds of tenancy issues.
Chris has also co-authored the RTA Amendment Act 2020 handbook and created key resources like the Legislation and Compliance Guideline.
Sarina Gibbon
