There is now an outright leader in the race to see who will claim the inaugural Master Class Property Management Agent of the Year at the TMC Conference.
Charlotte Kiddie, of Ray White Warkworth, has jumped to top spot on the RTA Amendment Part 1 leaderboard with a perfect score of 100%.
She is also currently sitting just outside the Top 10 🔥 Hot Zone 🔥 on the Privacy leaderboard.
Charlotte is currently the only property manager in New Zealand on two or more leaderboards and consequently is leading the race for the top prize come October 5.
The Master Class Property Management Agent of the Year award is open to property managers, letting agents, administrators, business owners and business development managers across New Zealand.
The rules are simple! The more Master Class Top 20 Leaderboards you land on, the better your chances are of winning this award.
Those in the Top 10 🔥 Hot Zone 🔥 for each module on August 31st will also be recognised at the Gala Ball.

There are now nine Master Class modules live in the TPS Portal with Caroline Elmore from Xclusive Property Management number one on the Healthy Homes leaderboard.
Tom Greene from Venture Property Management is holding first place on the Privacy Leaderboard and Michelle Dale of Glasshouse is leading the way with a perfect score of 100% on the Pools leaderboard.
