A Matariki blitz has propelled this contender to the pinnacle of the Master Class Top 20 Leaderboards.
Grace Hu, from Climber Property in Auckland, has smashed out seven Master Class tests in the past week and is now on nine Top 20 Leaderboards, averaging 98% across all modules.
This pulls her just ahead of fellow Climber Lawson Sun in the race to be crowned Master Class property management agent of the year at the TMC Conference on October 5.
Lawson, who is number one on five Top 20 Leaderboards, is also on nine Leaderboards but averages 97%.
Yanling He of Climber Property is also on nine Top 20 Leaderboards but averages slightly less with 94%.
Any of the three could jump ahead when the next module, which covers the Top 8 reasons to apply for termination, is released next week.
Nikita Coubrough from LJ Hooker in Oamaru is in good position in the race on 7/7 Leaderboards.

The Master Class Property Management Agent of the Year award is open to all employees who work for a property management company across New Zealand.
The rules are simple! The more Master Class Top 20 Leaderboards you land on, the better your chances are of winning this award.
There are now 10 courses live in the TPS Portal and those in the Top 10 🔥 Hot Zone 🔥 for each course on August 31st will also be recognised at the Gala Ball on October 5.
