In the past week, three further property managers have emerged as contenders for the top TMC award.
Lawson Sun, of Climber Property in Auckland, is now on six Master Class Top 20 Leaderboards with a 97% average across all modules.
Lawson is currently number one on four Top 20 Leaderboards (Privacy, RTA Amendments Part 1, RTA Amendments Part 3 & RTA Crimes) and is firming as a real front-runner to win the inaugural Master Class Property Management Agent of the Year at the TMC Conference on October 5.
Lawson is still behind Melinda Malcolm of Nice Place Property Management, who features on eight Top 20 Leaderboards, and just ahead of Charlotte Kiddie from Ray White Warkworth (on % average), who is also on six Leaderboards.*
Other property managers to make moves in the past week include Andrew Main from First National Progressive in Christchurch and Nikita Coubrough from LJ Hooker in Oamaru.
Andrew is on five Top 20 Leaderboards and is currently first position on the Meth Contamination Leaderboard, while Nikita is on four Top 20 Leaderboards and holds top spot on the Pool Safety Leaderboard.
The competition is far from over though.
The Master Class Property Management Agent of the Year award is open to all employees who work for a property management company across New Zealand.
The rules are simple! The more Master Class Top 20 Leaderboards you land on, the better your chances are of winning this award.
Those in the Top 10 🔥 Hot Zone 🔥 for each module on August 31st will also be recognised at the Gala Ball.
There are now ten Master Class modules live in the TPS Portal, with the Healthy Homes Amendments module now available.
